What is the return policy?
Due to the nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns once an item has been opened or used. The only exception is in the case of a true allergic reaction or skin irritation, which must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please reach out to us right away with details and photos so we can assist you.
Do you offer exchanges?
If you’re local and your product is sealed, unopened, and in its original condition, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 7 days of purchase. Please reach out to schedule a time to bring it into the studio.
We don’t currently offer exchanges for online sales, but if you’re unsure about which product is right for you, we recommend booking a consultation with one of our licensed estheticians. That way, we can help you select the best fit for your skin before you order.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and if we have the products in stock.
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 3-7 days for shipping.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is $9 for orders up to $149. Use discount code FREESHIP for shipping on orders over $150
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Products that show "Pickup Available" can be picked up directly from our spa.
You can select “Local Pickup” at checkout to pick up your order directly from our spa. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready. Please allow 1-3 business days for local pickup.
The majority of our products are available in stock in-store, if you don't see an option for Local Pickup on the product you'd like, it means we don't carry it in store and can only be shipped.
How come it won't let me select local pickup at checkout?
If you have multiple products in your cart, and only some are available for local pickup, your checkout will automatically select shipping.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in the USA with ingredients sourced both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How do I know if a product is right for me?
While we make every effort to provide detailed descriptions for each product, we understand skincare can sometimes feel confusing. To take the guesswork out, we offer both in-person and virtual skincare consultations. One of our licensed estheticians will review your skin concerns, recommend the right products, and create a routine tailored just for you.
