Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns once an item has been opened or used. This ensures the safety, purity, and effectiveness of every product we sell.

The only exception is in the case of a true allergic reaction or skin irritation, which must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us immediately with details and photos so our team can assist you.

If you are local and your product is sealed, unopened, and in its original condition, we are happy to offer an exchange within 7 days of purchase. Please email us to schedule a time to bring your product into the studio.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging your order, but if your products arrive damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will gladly replace or correct your order as quickly as possible.

Local Pickup Policy

Local customers may select “Local Pickup” at checkout. Orders will typically be ready within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive an email when your order is available. Please pick up within 7 days of notification.
